by taking in all of these unwanted animals, we are now taking up to 800 animals each
month!
We have the capacity for 200 dogs and 50
cats,
and at that, we are way too overcrowded.
The unfortunate truth for many of the animals that come to
us is
euthanization. Our
adoption numbers are
up! That is the
good news. The bad
news is that as more and more of the
other shelters go to no-kill and turn folks away, they will come to us.
